Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются политические учреждения и гражданские коллективы городов Македонского государства в эпоху эллинизма в свете декретов о признании священной неприкосновенности Асклепийона на о. Кос в июле и августе 243 г. до н.э. – как известных ранее (Пелла, Кассандрия, Амфиполь, Филиппы), так и опубликованных недавно Д. Боснакисом и К. Халлофом. Среди новых документов декреты Эг и Берои, а также, возможно, Фессалоники и еще одного города (представлены аргументы, что им мог быть Дий, а не Эдесса или какой-то другой македонский полис, как считают издатели надписей). Также рассмотрены: характер взаимоотношений македонских городов и царей из династии Антигонидов; внешнеполитический фон кампании по признанию асилии святилища Асклепия на Косе, которая пришлась на время Третьей Сирийской войны (246–241 гг. до н.э.) и потери Македонией контроля над Коринфом (лето 243 г. до н.э.); вопрос о симмахии македонян и косцев, упоминаемой в трех новых постановлениях. Города Македонского государства, чьи декреты сохранились в «архиве» косского Асклепийона, имели разное происхождение и политические традиции. Постановления по поводу асилии позволяют провести сравнение их политических и гражданских учреждений. В рассматриваемых декретах македонские города обозначаются как полисы. В них функционировали народные собрания, советы, а также различные магистраты (эпистаты, архонты, жрецы-эпонимы, стратеги, номофилаки, казначеи). То, что в декретах Эг, Берои и Пеллы не засвидетельствовано решение Антигона Гоната признать асилию (упомянутое в постановлениях Кассандрии, Амфиполя и Филипп, которые теоры посетили позднее), может служить дополнительным аргументом в пользу мнения о том, что, по крайней мере, в 243 г. до н.э. македонские города могли признавать асилию самостоятельно, т.к. это не являлось подлинной внешней политикой. Возможно, что теоры встретились с Гонатом уже после посещения ими Пеллы, и согласие царя признать асилию было упомянуто только в постановлениях городов, в которых они побывали позднее. Также рассмотрены декреты по поводу косской асилии ряда фессалийских городов, бывших частью державы Антигонидов (Гонны, Гомолий, Фтиотидские Фивы), в которых тоже не упоминается решение царя. То, что в связи с асилией Асклепийона на Косе сохранились декреты минимум восьми македонских городов, свидетельствует, что в эпоху эллинизма они воспринимались как полисы, бывшие частью эллинского мира в политическом, религиозном и культурном отношениях.
