ISSUES ON LEXICON RECORDS OF JARGONS

In the paper a new type of a business dictionary is presented, comprising specifi c terminology, common scientifi c vocabulary and specifi c lexical units. The dictionary is relevant to the professional communication and includes original documents connected with all stages of a business transaction in Russian and Bulgarian.

Based on the author’s own personal experience, the article deals with the concept of making a speech corpus according to 60 aspects: remarks which include metaphors, simile, jargon expressions, neologisms, hesitation units etc. The weak points of remarks grouping are analyzed: columns overlapping, age and profession asymmetry of the informants. Nevertheless, the phenomenon of acousmatic culture is refl ected in the speech corpora.

PHILOLOGICAL ASPECTS RUSSIAN LEGAL CULTURE (based on the speech act of insult)

In the article there is described one of the philological aspects of legal culture which is associated with disorders of speech behavior in society and interpreted by linguists as impairing the honor and dignity of a person, in an unseemly manner (insult). The study concluded that when necessary qualifi cations of indecent forms can based not only on data dictionaries, but also on the deep analysis of communicative speech situation as a whole.
